These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website papasiddhi.com and the services provided by PapaSiddhi Technologies(“we”, “us”, “our”), a software development and IT outsourcing company registered in India, with offices at G-02, Shubh Ashiyana Apartment, 100 Feet Rd, opp. Petrol Pump, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001.

1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at papasiddhi.com, or by engaging PapaSiddhi Technologies for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2Services Provided
PapaSiddhi Technologies provides IT outsourcing, software development, Microsoft Business Central ERP implementation, SharePoint development, Power Platform services, web and mobile application development, AI/ML development, ERP integration, digital marketing, and dedicated remote developer staffing services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed prior to commencing work.
3Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project requirements, timely feedback during development sprints, access to required systems and third-party accounts, and any content, data, or assets needed for project delivery. Delays caused by late client feedback or incomplete information may result in revised timelines and additional costs. Clients must ensure they hold the necessary rights to any materials, trademarks, or intellectual property provided to us for use in the project.
4Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment of all agreed fees, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for a client project are transferred to the client as their intellectual property. PapaSiddhi Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in delivering services. We reserve the right to add your project (in general terms, without disclosing confidential details) to our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
5Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before any project discussion upon client request. Our developers are bound by confidentiality agreements that cover client code, data, business logic, and any commercially sensitive information they access during the engagement.
6Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the individual project agreement or Statement of Work. Typically, projects require a deposit before commencement, with milestone-based payments during delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work on projects with outstanding overdue invoices until payment is received.
7Project Timelines & Delays
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on the information available at project commencement. Timelines may be affected by changes in project scope, late client feedback, access delays, or technical complexities that could not have been reasonably anticipated. Significant scope changes will be handled through a formal change request process, which may affect both timeline and cost. We will always communicate timeline impacts as early as possible.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PapaSiddhi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9Warranties & Representations
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care by qualified professionals. We provide a bug-fix warranty period (typically 30–90 days post-launch as specified in the project agreement) for defects that exist at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations, or changes in third-party platforms after delivery. We do not warrant that software will be error-free or uninterrupted in all circumstances.
10Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement (typically 30 days). Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. PapaSiddhi Technologies will deliver all completed work and transfer relevant assets to the client upon receipt of final payment. We reserve the right to terminate engagements immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or conduct that creates a hostile working environment for our team.
11Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. For international clients, we recommend resolving disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
12Changes to Terms
PapaSiddhi Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you have an active project agreement, changes to these general terms will not override the specific terms of your signed project agreement.
