Project Type
LMS Platform
The client is a European educational institution delivering a growing portfolio of online and blended courses to learners in several countries. Its programmes combine self-paced content, assessments and live teaching, and it serves students who increasingly expect a modern digital learning experience comparable to leading commercial platforms.
As demand for online education expanded across Europe, the institution saw an opportunity to grow enrolments well beyond the limits of its physical campus. Achieving that depended on technology: a unified platform that could deliver courses consistently, support educators, give learners a coherent journey and provide leadership with reliable data on progress and outcomes, while handling learner data responsibly under GDPR.
This project was delivered under a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The client operates in the Education sector (EdTech) and is based in Europe.
Teaching staff were juggling separate tools for course content, quizzes, video sessions, payments and student communication. Learner records were split across these systems, so nobody had a complete view of a student's progress, and administrators spent hours reconciling enrolments and results by hand. Course updates had to be repeated in several places, and inconsistencies between systems regularly confused both staff and students.
For students, the experience was disjointed: different logins, inconsistent interfaces and no clear sense of progress, which hurt motivation and completion. The institution needed a single LMS that brought courses, assessments, live classes and analytics together, was intuitive enough for both educators and learners to adopt quickly, and could scale as online student numbers grew.
Disconnected tools
Unified learning platform
PapaSiddhi built a comprehensive learning management system with a React front end, a Django back end and a PostgreSQL database. A course builder with rich media support lets educators assemble modules from video, documents and interactive content without technical help, while an assessment and quiz engine with automated grading removes much of the marking burden.
Live class scheduling is powered by the Zoom SDK, embedding video sessions directly in the platform so learners never leave the LMS. Stripe integration handles course payments and enrolment, and learner progress tracking and analytics give teachers and administrators a clear view of engagement, completion and performance at individual and cohort level. Gamification elements such as progress milestones and achievements encourage learners to keep going, and the mobile-responsive design supports study on the move. Personal data handling was designed with GDPR in mind, and the UX was refined through educator and student feedback to maximise adoption.
Increased course completion rates by 45%, reduced administrative workload by 60%, and enabled the institution to scale its online student capacity by 3×. Learner satisfaction scores improved significantly post-launch.

This project was delivered under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Specific client details, business data, proprietary workflows, and project credentials remain confidential. Screenshots and live URLs are available upon mutual NDA execution.
Request an NDA to see full detailsFor many institutions an off-the-shelf LMS is genuinely the right choice and we will say so. Custom made sense here because the institution needed course creation, assessment, live class scheduling and analytics working as one coherent experience — the disconnected-tools problem they started with is exactly what bolting products together recreates.
