Web Portal
The client is an established Indian real estate firm dealing in residential and commercial property, with a portfolio of resale homes, new-build apartments and plots across its home market. Its agents had built their reputation on personal relationships, walk-in enquiries and word of mouth, which worked well locally but left the business almost invisible to anyone searching online for property in the region.
Technology mattered because the buyer profile was shifting. A growing share of serious enquiries came from people who could not visit in person, including non-resident Indians (NRIs) investing back home and families relocating from other states. To compete with national property portals and organised developers, the firm needed its own digital storefront that could present properties professionally, capture leads around the clock and route them to the right agent quickly.
This project was delivered under a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The client operates in the Real Estate sector (PropTech) and is based in India.
Every listing lived in spreadsheets, paper files and agents' phones. When a new property came in, details were shared ad hoc over calls and messaging groups, so there was no single, current inventory and no consistent way to present photos, pricing or location. Buyers asking about a flat often waited hours for a reply, and enquiries were easily lost between agents.
Without a web presence, the firm simply could not reach remote buyers. NRI and out-of-state prospects had nothing to browse, no way to shortlist by locality or budget, and no visual sense of a property before committing to a site visit. That limited deal flow to the immediate geography and made the firm look less credible than competitors listed on large aggregator platforms.
Management also lacked visibility. There was no record of which properties generated interest, how fast agents responded, or which localities were in demand, making it hard to price listings or allocate agent time sensibly.

PapaSiddhi Technologies built a full PropTech portal with a React front end and a Laravel back end on MySQL. Each property is a structured record with image galleries, floor plans, virtual tour support, amenities and a Google Maps location pin, so buyers get a consistent, rich view of every listing. Advanced search lets visitors filter by locality, price band, property type and size, which suits both local families and NRI investors shortlisting from abroad.
Lead capture was designed around how Indian buyers actually communicate. Alongside a standard enquiry form, a WhatsApp API integration lets a buyer message the responsible agent instantly from any listing, and every enquiry is logged against the property in an enquiry management module. An agent admin dashboard allows the team to add, edit, feature or archive listings without developer help.
Each property page was built to be SEO-friendly, with clean URLs, structured metadata and location-rich content, so listings could earn organic traffic for searches in the firm's target localities rather than relying solely on paid portals.
Increased property enquiries by 150% within 3 months of launch. Reduced manual administrative work by 60% and significantly expanded the firm's geographic reach to include non-local and NRI buyers.

This project was delivered under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Specific client details, business data, proprietary workflows, and project credentials remain confidential. Screenshots and live URLs are available upon mutual NDA execution.
Request an NDA to see full detailsIn the Indian property market buyers overwhelmingly expect to talk on WhatsApp, and an enquiry form that sends an email gets a far slower response on both sides. Routing enquiries into WhatsApp meant agents replied in minutes rather than hours, which is a large part of why enquiries rose 150%.
