The client is a US-based enterprise IT services provider specialising in cloud transformation, helping mid-market and large organisations move workloads from on-premises data centres to public cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Its customers span regulated and non-regulated sectors, each with legacy estates of differing size and complexity.
Technology sat at the centre of the client's proposition. Prospective customers wanted evidence-based guidance before committing to a migration, and the consultancy needed a scalable way to deliver early-stage assessment and planning without assigning senior architects to every initial conversation. A digital platform could productise that expertise and turn interest into structured, qualified engagements.
This project was delivered under a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The client operates in the Enterprise IT sector (Cloud Services) and is based in United States.
Enterprise buyers approaching cloud migration were often overwhelmed. They lacked a clear picture of which applications were ready to move, what a migration would cost compared with running on-premises, and in what sequence workloads should be shifted. Many had attempted ad-hoc lift-and-shift projects that exposed them to data loss risk, unplanned downtime and budget overruns.
For the client, early discovery was largely manual: spreadsheets, questionnaires and workshops that took considerable consultant time and produced inconsistent outputs. There was no standard way to score readiness, model costs across AWS and Azure or present a phased plan that executives could approve.
Once projects started, progress tracking was fragmented across email and documents, making it hard for stakeholders to see risks and milestones in one place.
Ad-hoc migration
Structured cloud transition platform
PapaSiddhi Technologies built a cloud migration strategy portal with a React front end, a Node.js service layer and PostgreSQL as the system of record for assessments, roadmaps and project data. The architecture separates assessment logic, pricing models and project tracking into distinct services so each can evolve independently.
At its core is a migration readiness assessment tool that scores applications and infrastructure across technical and business dimensions. An interactive cost-benefit calculator draws on AWS API and Azure API pricing data to compare on-premises and cloud scenarios, and a phased roadmap generator turns the results into a sequenced migration plan. A risk assessment module records risks and mitigation actions against each phase.
Expert consultation booking is integrated directly into the journey, so organisations can move from self-assessment to a scheduled session with a cloud architect. Once a programme is under way, a migration progress tracking dashboard gives stakeholders a single view of milestones, risks and status.
Enabled enterprises to plan migrations with 40% less risk exposure. Reduced average migration planning time from weeks to days and improved project success rates significantly for client organizations.

This project was delivered under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Specific client details, business data, proprietary workflows, and project credentials remain confidential. Screenshots and live URLs are available upon mutual NDA execution.
Request an NDA to see full detailsAn interactive assessment tool earns attention that a services brochure does not, and it qualifies prospects before your consultants spend time on them. The return case rests on shortening the sales cycle and improving lead quality rather than on traffic volume, so measure it against consultation bookings, not visits.
