Dedicated offshore development teams that integrate seamlessly with your in-house team. Full transparency, daily reporting, and agile delivery at 50–65% lower cost than local hiring. Serving Europe businesses with India-based expertise.
For EU businesses the outsourcing question is settled on cost and capacity but genuinely contested on data governance — transferring personal data to India requires a lawful transfer mechanism, and since Schrems II that means standard contractual clauses supported by a documented transfer impact assessment rather than a signature alone. NIS2 adds a second dimension by making supply chain security a governance duty for essential and important entities, so your vendor's security posture becomes your board's responsibility. Most of the EU sits 3.5 to 4.5 hours behind Udaipur, producing around five hours of genuine daily overlap. We contract with EU clients as an Article 28 processor with SCCs, documented technical and organisational measures, and sub-processor transparency.
Following the Schrems II judgment, transfers of personal data from the EU to third countries without an adequacy decision require standard contractual clauses supported by a documented transfer impact assessment — and India does not currently hold an EU adequacy decision.
GDPR Article 28 processor agreement, EU standard contractual clauses with a transfer impact assessment for India, NIS2 supply chain security governance for essential and important entities, and documented technical and organisational measures.
Market Landscape
European organisations bring more documented scrutiny to outsourcing arrangements than most regions, and the requirements are cumulative rather than uniform. A group operating across several member states may need to satisfy different national expectations about subprocessor documentation, employee consultation, sector-specific supervision and contractual form, and the answers acceptable in one country are not automatically sufficient in another. European buyers are usually not being difficult — they are managing genuine obligations that arrive from several directions at once.
Key Challenges
The practical consequence is that a supplier needs to be able to evidence how it works, not merely describe it. Where data sits, who can access it, how access is granted and revoked, how changes reach production and how incidents are handled all need documented answers that survive an internal audit or a customer's due diligence questionnaire. Retrofitting this onto a running European engagement is considerably harder than establishing it at the outset, and European organisations that skip it at selection frequently have to unpick the arrangement later.
Why India Works
The other European reality is language and working style across markets. A group with teams in several countries will have different expectations about meeting formality, directness of feedback and reporting detail, and a delivery partner working with all of them needs to adapt rather than impose a single approach. We structure European engagements with named engineers who stay, working inside the client's own repositories and access systems, with documentation designed to be shown to auditors rather than reassembled on request. The 09:00 to 14:30 CET overlap covers escalation and decisions, and the cost difference against Western European rates funds a stable team rather than a rotating one.
European groups answer to different national expectations simultaneously. An arrangement documented adequately for one member state may be insufficient for another, and the gap appears during an audit.
European organisations must show how access, change and incident handling actually work. Suppliers who can describe their practices but not evidence them create a problem at the client's next review.
Teams in different European countries expect different levels of formality, directness and reporting detail. A partner applying one approach everywhere works well with some national teams and poorly with others.
We document European engagements so the evidence exists before anyone asks for it, covering data location, access, change and incident handling in a form that survives an audit. Named engineers stay with the account inside your own systems, and we adapt to how each of your national teams prefers to work rather than imposing one style.
Send us the supplier due diligence questionnaire your European group uses and we will complete it before you decide.

“PapaSiddhi felt less like an agency and more like a senior team that happened to sit eight time-zones away. Business Central live in three months, and our finance team actually likes using it.”

“Our store-level reporting was always a week behind and never quite trusted. Their Power BI work gave us daily numbers the whole exec team now relies on, and the dedicated analyst took the time to learn our business instead of just building charts.”
