Bespoke software built around your workflows. From internal tools to enterprise platforms — if you can describe it, we can build it. Serving Europe businesses with India-based expertise.
Building software for the European Union means designing for fragmentation that single-market countries never face — multiple languages, differing national VAT rates and filing formats, varied national implementations of EU directives, and data protection expectations that are enforced by twenty-seven separate supervisory authorities. Off-the-shelf products built for one market almost always break somewhere in that matrix. The European Accessibility Act adds a further requirement, extending accessibility duties to consumer-facing digital products and services across the EU. Our Udaipur team overlaps most of the continental European working day, so requirements clarification happens live. We build EU systems with multilingual architecture, GDPR data minimisation and accessibility as structural decisions rather than later additions.
The European Accessibility Act applies from June 2025 to a defined set of consumer-facing products and services including e-commerce, banking services and e-books, extending accessibility obligations from the public sector into private business across all EU member states.
GDPR with privacy by design under Article 25, European Accessibility Act obligations for in-scope consumer services, and national implementation variations across member states for VAT, invoicing and consumer protection.
Market Landscape
Software built for a business operating across the European Union carries a requirement that single-market products never face: the same system has to behave differently in each country while remaining one codebase. Invoice content, tax treatment, address and name formats, date conventions, banking details, statutory document wording and language all vary by member state, and a European company discovers the full extent of this only when it enters the fourth or fifth country.
Key Challenges
The common failure is architectural rather than technical. Systems built for one European market and then extended country by country accumulate conditional logic until nobody can predict what will happen in a given jurisdiction, and each new market takes longer to add than the last. The alternative error is over-engineering an abstraction before anyone understands what genuinely varies, which produces a configurable system that is hard to reason about and still does not fit the sixth country. The practical answer is usually to build for two or three markets properly, extract the real variation points from that experience, and generalise from evidence rather than from anticipation.
Why India Works
There is also a stakeholder problem specific to European rollouts. The people who understand what a system must do in Poland, Portugal or Sweden are in those countries, so requirements gathering is distributed and slow, and local teams frequently believe their national requirements are more unique than they are. Working from India, we can run those conversations as shorter distributed sessions within the 09:00 to 14:30 CET overlap rather than as expensive gatherings, and the cost difference against Western European rates funds the per-country validation that multi-market systems genuinely require.
European systems extended market by market build up jurisdiction-specific branches until behaviour becomes unpredictable. Each additional country takes longer to add than the one before it.
Teams anticipating European differences often build configurability before they know what genuinely varies. The result is a complex system that still fails to accommodate the next member state properly.
The people who know what a system must do in each European market are in that market. Gathering requirements is slow, and local teams frequently overstate how unique their national needs really are.
We build European multi-market systems for two or three countries properly first, then generalise from what genuinely varies rather than from what teams anticipate might vary. Distributed requirements sessions fit the 09:00 to 14:30 CET overlap, and our rates against Western European costs fund the per-country validation these systems need before each market goes live.
Tell us which European markets you will be in within three years and we will design the variation model around that.

Off-the-shelf software forces your team to work around the tool's limitations. Custom software does the opposite — it's built from scratch around exactly how your business operates.
From internal workflow tools that eliminate spreadsheet chaos to complex multi-tenant SaaS platforms, we build software that gives you a genuine competitive advantage.
Full-stack web apps with React/Next.js frontend and Node.js, Python, or PHP backend. REST and GraphQL APIs.
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis — relational and NoSQL database architecture designed for performance and scale.
AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud — containerised microservices, serverless functions, or traditional application servers.
Connect your custom software to existing CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, or any third-party API.
OWASP-compliant code, input validation, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and GDPR-ready data architecture.
Automated testing, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), Docker, and Kubernetes deployment.
Requirements workshops, user stories, technical architecture, and a detailed specification document before any code is written.
Wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes. Interactive prototype approval before development.
Two-week sprints with working software delivered every sprint. Daily standups and sprint demos throughout.
Unit testing, integration testing, QA, performance testing, security audit, and staged production deployment.

“PapaSiddhi felt less like an agency and more like a senior team that happened to sit eight time-zones away. Business Central live in three months, and our finance team actually likes using it.”

“Our store-level reporting was always a week behind and never quite trusted. Their Power BI work gave us daily numbers the whole exec team now relies on, and the dedicated analyst took the time to learn our business instead of just building charts.”
