Build a fully custom ERP system designed around your unique business processes — when off-the-shelf solutions just don't fit. Serving Saudi Arabia businesses with India-based expertise.
ZATCA's Fatoora e-invoicing programme has made ERP a compliance question in Saudi Arabia rather than an efficiency one — Phase 1 required structured electronic invoices, and Phase 2 requires direct integration with ZATCA's platform for clearance and reporting, rolled out to businesses in waves by revenue threshold. Saudi invoices must also carry Arabic content, cryptographic stamps and QR codes in prescribed formats. Businesses on legacy or spreadsheet-based finance in the Kingdom cannot meet these requirements without system change. Our Udaipur team works almost the same hours as Saudi Arabia with a Gulf-aligned week, so integration testing happens in your business day. We build Saudi ERP with ZATCA Phase 2 integration as core architecture.
ZATCA's Fatoora e-invoicing programme requires Phase 2 integration, where taxpayer systems connect directly to ZATCA for invoice clearance and reporting with cryptographic stamping and QR codes, rolled out to Saudi businesses in waves determined by revenue threshold.
ZATCA Fatoora Phase 1 and Phase 2 e-invoicing requirements including cryptographic stamp, UUID and QR code, Saudi VAT reporting, Arabic invoice content requirements, and Personal Data Protection Law for stored personal data.
Market Landscape
Contracting and construction dominate a significant part of the Saudi economy, and ERP for a Saudi contractor has requirements that generic products handle poorly. Project cost control needs to reflect subcontractor commitments, material deliveries, plant utilisation, variations and retentions as they occur rather than after a project closes, because on large Saudi projects a cost position discovered at month end is already out of date. Progress billing, advance payment recovery and retention release all have their own logic that must tie back to the same cost model.
Key Challenges
The Saudi complication is scale and concurrency. A contractor may be running several substantial projects simultaneously with shared plant and shared labour moving between them, and attributing cost correctly across projects is where most systems break down. Arabic document output is a parallel requirement — subcontract agreements, payment certificates, purchase orders and statements frequently need to be produced correctly in Arabic, and treating this as formatting applied at the end produces documents that undermine the organisation's standing with its own supply chain.
Why India Works
We build ERP for Saudi clients around project cost control and Arabic document output as primary design concerns rather than later additions, delivered incrementally so each module is usable before the next begins. We have delivered a government environmental licensing ERP for a public sector client, where bilingual operation and complex approval workflow were central. The 2.5 hour offset gives around six and a half hours of shared day with operational staff, and the cost difference against Saudi implementation rates funds parallel running and repeated migration rehearsals rather than a single attempt at cutover.
Saudi contractors need live project cost including commitments, variations and retentions. A position produced at month end describes a situation that has already changed on a fast-moving project.
Saudi contractors run several large projects at once with resources moving between them. Attributing cost correctly across projects is where most standard systems fail and margin visibility is lost.
Subcontracts, payment certificates and purchase orders frequently need correct Arabic output. Adding this at the end produces documents that reflect poorly on the contractor with its own supply chain.
We design Saudi ERP around live project cost control across concurrent projects and correct Arabic contractual output, because those are the two things generic products get wrong for contractors. We have delivered a bilingual public-sector licensing ERP with complex approval workflow, and our cost base funds parallel running and repeated migration rehearsals.
Show us how your Saudi projects share plant and labour and we will design the cost attribution around it.
PapaSiddhi Technologies builds custom ERP systems for businesses whose processes are too unique or complex for off-the-shelf solutions. When Business Central, SAP, or Odoo cannot be configured to fit your workflow without compromising it, a custom ERP built around your exact operations is often the better long-term investment.

Standard ERP products cover 80% of common business processes. But if your business has unique workflows in that other 20%, you spend years fighting the ERP rather than using it. A custom ERP eliminates this compromise.
Custom general ledger, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, budgeting, and multi-currency support designed around your chart of accounts.
Custom inventory management with lot tracking, serial numbers, multi-warehouse, pick/pack/ship, and barcode scanning.
Custom order management covering your specific pricing rules, approval chains, discount structures, and delivery management.
Power BI dashboards connected to your custom ERP database for real-time operational and financial visibility.
Deep process mapping workshops with your key users. Functional specification and data model design.
Core ERP modules — typically Finance + Inventory + Orders. Working system delivered in Phase 1.
Additional modules, integrations, mobile apps, and reporting added in Phase 2 and beyond.
As your business evolves, the ERP evolves with it. No licence gates, no vendor restrictions.

“PapaSiddhi felt less like an agency and more like a senior team that happened to sit eight time-zones away. Business Central live in three months, and our finance team actually likes using it.”

“Our store-level reporting was always a week behind and never quite trusted. Their Power BI work gave us daily numbers the whole exec team now relies on, and the dedicated analyst took the time to learn our business instead of just building charts.”
