PapaSiddhi Technologies provides complete Microsoft 365 services: tenant setup, email migration, security configuration, Teams deployment, and ongoing M365 management for SMEs and enterprises. Our experienced Microsoft 365 experts migrate organisations to M365 — from legacy Exchange on-premises to Google Workspace, from shared hosting email to enterprise-grade M365 tenants.
Full M365 setup, migration, and management. Includes Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and security configuration. Serving Saudi Arabia businesses with India-based expertise.
Microsoft 365 in Saudi Arabia sits under the National Cybersecurity Authority's control framework, which means Saudi tenants in government and regulated sectors need documented configuration against ECC requirements rather than a general security posture — data classification, privileged access management and logging are specifically assessed. Data residency within the Kingdom is a requirement for many Saudi entities, and Microsoft's Saudi cloud presence makes this achievable with correct provisioning. Arabic interface and search behaviour matter for genuine adoption across Saudi workforces. Our near-complete overlap with Saudi hours and Gulf-aligned week means tenant changes happen with your team available.
Microsoft has committed to and established cloud data centre presence in Saudi Arabia, enabling in-Kingdom data residency options for Microsoft cloud services — a requirement for many Saudi government and regulated sector organisations.
NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls covering identity, access and logging configuration, Saudi Personal Data Protection Law with in-Kingdom residency expectations for regulated data, and Cloud Computing Regulatory Framework requirements.
Market Landscape
Microsoft 365 estates in Saudi organisations often reflect very rapid headcount growth. A business that has doubled or tripled in size over a few years typically has licences assigned by several successive administrators to no consistent standard, Teams and groups created freely as projects started, external access granted to contractors and consultants throughout, and an offboarding process that has never kept pace with the rate of joiners and leavers.
Key Challenges
The financial exposure is usually significant simply because of that growth. Saudi organisations commonly hold a plan mix allocated by circumstance rather than by role, continue licensing people who have left, and own premium capability that has never been switched on. That last point matters increasingly as Saudi clients, partners and government-related counterparties ask how access is controlled — organisations frequently already pay for the answer and have not configured it. Project-based working adds a further complication, since access granted for a specific project rarely gets withdrawn when the project ends, and Saudi organisations running many concurrent projects accumulate these quickly.
Why India Works
Because this is assessment and configuration rather than continuous development, the working relationship suits it. Tenant analysis, configuration and reporting run outside Saudi hours so findings are ready at the start of the day, with the six and a half hours of shared time used for decisions, which are organisational rather than technical. We have built Microsoft 365 adoption tooling for enterprise environments. In our experience the licence review alone typically recovers more than the engagement costs within the first year, and in rapidly grown Saudi estates the recovery is often larger than management expects.
Saudi organisations that grew quickly hold licences assigned by several administrators to no common standard. Departed staff often remain licensed because offboarding never matched the pace of joining.
Saudi organisations running many concurrent projects grant access as each begins and rarely withdraw it at the end. The accumulation is rapid and nobody owns the periodic review.
Saudi organisations frequently already license the controls counterparties ask about. The gap between owning and enabling surfaces when someone requests evidence, usually under time pressure.
We start Saudi Microsoft 365 work with a licence and access review, paying particular attention to project-based access that was never withdrawn and to leavers still licensed after rapid growth. Analysis runs outside Saudi hours with the six and a half hours of shared day kept for decisions, and the review usually recovers more than the engagement costs within the year.
Let us review your Saudi tenant and show you how much of your licence spend is assigned to people and projects that have ended.

“PapaSiddhi felt less like an agency and more like a senior team that happened to sit eight time-zones away. Business Central live in three months, and our finance team actually likes using it.”

“Our store-level reporting was always a week behind and never quite trusted. Their Power BI work gave us daily numbers the whole exec team now relies on, and the dedicated analyst took the time to learn our business instead of just building charts.”
