PapaSiddhi Technologies delivers Power BI solutions that transform raw data from ERPs, CRMs, databases, and spreadsheets into interactive dashboards and actionable reports. As Power Platform specialists, we work with finance, operations, sales, and HR teams to design reports that decision-makers actually use — not overwhelming dashboards that get ignored.
Transform raw business data into beautiful, interactive dashboards and reports. Real-time insights that drive smarter decisions. Serving USA businesses with India-based expertise.
US reporting demand is shaped by multi-state complexity and investor scrutiny — an American business operating across several states is reconciling different tax jurisdictions, employment law regimes and often multiple entities, and the board pack that results is typically assembled by hand every month. For public companies and pre-IPO firms, SOX internal control expectations mean that the provenance of a number matters as much as the number itself. Because our analysts complete a full day overnight relative to US hours, dataset refreshes and reconciliation checks are done before your morning review. We build US Power BI models with documented lineage and row-level security so that finance can answer an auditor's question without rebuilding the workbook.
SOX Section 404 requires US public companies to document and test internal controls over financial reporting, which extends to the systems and spreadsheets used to produce reported figures — a common driver for replacing manual reporting with governed BI models.
SOX internal control over financial reporting for public and pre-IPO companies, HIPAA minimum necessary rules for any healthcare analytics, and state privacy laws where reports contain consumer personal information.
Market Landscape
Reporting expectations in the United States are frequently set by an investor rather than by management. American companies backed by private equity or venture capital report on a fixed cadence against metrics defined externally, and those definitions are not negotiable. That produces a specific requirement: the numbers must be reproducible, consistent period over period, and defensible when someone outside the business asks how they were calculated. A dashboard that is merely useful internally does not satisfy this.
Key Challenges
The common US failure is definitional drift. Several teams build reports against the same underlying systems, each encoding its own version of revenue, churn or margin, and within a year an American management team is reconciling its own dashboards before a board meeting. Multi-entity structure makes it worse, because a US business operating several legal entities or brands needs both consolidated and entity-level views from the same model without maintaining them separately. Operationally, refreshes fail silently through gateways and the discovery happens live in a meeting, and complex DAX written by a departed contractor becomes untouchable so every new requirement spawns another standalone report.
Why India Works
This is well-suited to the overnight model. Modelling, refactoring and performance work are deep tasks that benefit from uninterrupted hours outside the American day, while the definitional conversations that actually determine whether a number is correct fit the US morning bridge. We have built reporting and analytics platforms for US clients including an investor relations portal, where figures were presented to an external audience. Against US BI contract rates of $100 to $150 an hour, an American business can afford to fix the semantic layer rather than keep adding reports above a broken one.
When several US teams build independently against the same systems, revenue and margin definitions diverge. Management ends up reconciling internal dashboards before presenting to investors, which is exactly the work reporting was supposed to remove.
American businesses with multiple entities or brands often build parallel report sets. Every definitional change then has to be applied several times, and the versions inevitably diverge.
Complex DAX written once by an expensive US contractor becomes frozen when nobody remaining understands it. New requirements get met with additional standalone reports, compounding the original problem.
We build a single semantic layer for US clients so consolidated and entity-level reporting come from one definition set and survive investor scrutiny. Modelling and performance work runs overnight while definitional conversations use the American morning bridge, and our rates against $100 to $150 US BI equivalents make fixing the foundation affordable rather than perpetually deferred.
Bring us the metric your US board and your operations team define differently and we will reconcile it properly.

“Our store-level reporting was always a week behind and never quite trusted. Their Power BI work gave us daily numbers the whole exec team now relies on, and the dedicated analyst took the time to learn our business instead of just building charts.”
