“We evaluated five vendors before choosing PapaSiddhi. Their Business Central expertise was unmatched — went live across three countries simultaneously with zero downtime.”

PapaSiddhi Technologies delivers cloud architecture, migration, and DevOps services for businesses moving to or optimising their cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Our cloud engineers have designed and managed cloud environments for startups, SMEs, and enterprises — reducing infrastructure costs, improving reliability, and enabling development teams to ship faster.
Cloud architecture, migration, DevOps pipelines, and infrastructure management on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Serving European businesses with India-based expertise.
EU cloud architecture decisions are now driven as much by regulation as by technology — the Data Act introduces provisions on cloud switching and reduces egress barriers, NIS2 imposes security and incident reporting duties on essential and important entities, and GDPR transfer rules continue to shape where data can lawfully rest. European buyers increasingly ask about digital sovereignty and exit strategy at the design stage rather than at renewal. Microsoft, AWS and Google all operate multiple EU regions, so residency is achievable; the harder question is architectural portability. Our team performs migration cutovers during European overnight windows and reviews with you the same morning.
The EU Data Act includes provisions requiring cloud providers to facilitate customer switching between services and to progressively remove egress charges for data transfer out — a regulatory intervention into cloud lock-in with no equivalent in other major markets.
GDPR data residency and transfer rules, EU Data Act cloud switching and egress provisions, NIS2 security and incident reporting for essential and important entities, and DORA for EU financial sector entities and their ICT providers.
Market Landscape
European cloud estates accumulate regions the way European organisations accumulate entities. A group that deployed separately for each market, or that added regional capacity to satisfy a particular customer or country requirement, ends up running workloads across several European regions with duplicated infrastructure, inconsistent configuration and inter-region traffic nobody modelled. The cost of that distribution is frequently larger than the reason for it.
Key Challenges
Attribution across a European group is correspondingly harder. Without consistent tagging applied across countries, group finance sees one substantial figure and national teams each believe their own consumption is modest and justified. Nobody is positioned to challenge the total, and the local optimisation decisions that would reduce it are never made because the cost is not felt locally. Resilience assumptions add a further question — European organisations often have not tested what actually happens when a region becomes unavailable, and the answer matters more when workloads are already distributed across several of them.
Why India Works
Cloud optimisation is measurement-led work, which suits the offset for a European client. We profile usage across regions and entities, model options and prepare change plans outside European hours so findings are ready each morning, then use the 09:00 to 14:30 CET window for decisions, most of which are business trade-offs requiring several national stakeholders. We have delivered cloud migration strategy and total cost of ownership tooling for enterprise clients. Against Western European consultancy rates the exercise typically pays for itself within the year, and across a multi-region European estate the duplication alone usually justifies it.
European groups deploy per market or per customer requirement and end up spread across several regions. The duplicated infrastructure and inter-region traffic cost more than the original reason justified.
Without consistent tagging across European countries, no national team feels responsible for group cloud spend. Each considers its own usage reasonable and the total is never genuinely challenged.
European organisations distributed across regions frequently have not verified what happens when one becomes unavailable. The assumption of resilience holds until an actual incident tests it.
We produce an attributed view of European cloud spend across regions and entities, which is what finally makes the duplication visible to the people who can act on it. Analysis runs outside European hours with the 09:00 to 14:30 CET window for decisions involving several national stakeholders, and we carry out the remediation rather than handing over a report.
Send us a month of your European cloud billing across regions and we will show you what duplication is costing.

Cloud is not just about moving servers to the internet — it is about building infrastructure that scales automatically, costs less as you optimise, deploys reliably, and never goes down. Bad cloud architecture can cost more than on-premises and be harder to manage.

“PapaSiddhi felt less like an agency and more like a senior team that happened to sit eight time-zones away. Business Central live in three months, and our finance team actually likes using it.”

“Our store-level reporting was always a week behind and never quite trusted. Their Power BI work gave us daily numbers the whole exec team now relies on, and the dedicated analyst took the time to learn our business instead of just building charts.”
